Abclunch Tree Service wants every homeowner to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

Still let us know. Feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please understand that Abclunch Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@abclunch.living and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and the outcome you want

After You Submit

We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with our findings and any steps being taken.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help.
